This weekend we played at the most amazing venue called the Ballantyne Resort in Charlotte NC. This was for Jonathan Kapit and Emily Schwartz' wedding. They are from NYC and have family in the south.
We were honored because they chose one of our songs from our VERY FIRST DANCE CD as their first dance "To Have and to Hold". You can hear it by clicking on our website link and going to the CD side...or you can pull it up on itunes as well....We also opened the room to our song RED CARPET (at their request) we also played "Satisfied" for cake cutting (this was the song we had performed for the first time ever at Michael Douglas' and Catherine Zeta Jones' wedding.
The real honor however was that Jonathan and Emily chose to quote the song which is based on the Song of Solomon in the bible in their Ketubah. This truly was an honor ...We took some pictures that really did not do the Ketubah justice...It was beautiful.
